Using Factura
By using Factura, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose — creating and managing invoices. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Your content
You own all data you create in Factura. We do not claim any rights over your invoices, client information, or business data.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed via Paddle. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or data loss beyond the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Factura after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
